Dyncloud's security is built aligned with recognized industry best
practices in information security management, data protection and cloud
service operation.
Our providers' certifications
The infrastructure Dyncloud runs on relies on providers with recognized
security certifications:
- Sarenet, which provides object storage in Spain, holds an
Information Security Management System certified to ISO/IEC 27001
(certificate issued by AENOR), covering its cloud, storage and remote
backup services. You can review the details and the rest of its

Dynapps Spain certifications
We are in the process of ISO/IEC 27001 certification in Spain.
Dynapps NV (Belgium), the Dynapps group's parent company, is already
certified in ISO/IEC 27001, and Dyncloud has been built applying all the
knowledge and security guidelines from the group's certification. In
other words, even though our own certification in Spain is in progress, the
platform is born with the controls and practices the standard requires.
Pending validation
We provide the up-to-date status of the certification process and
its expected scope on request. We do not claim as active any
certification that is not yet in effect.
Framework
Regardless of the status of formal certification, we effectively apply the
usual controls of an information security framework: access control,
encryption, secrets management, network segmentation, vulnerability
management, verified backups and incident management. All of them are
described in this Trust Center.
